Anne Fredrickson, Partner
Anne is a founding partner of Fredrickson Properties. Hailing from New England with deep Kansas roots, she has been part of the Wamego community for thirteen years.
This is a second career for Anne, having spent over 25 years in healthcare as a clinician, clinic director, and professor. One of her most enjoyable challenges as a clinic director was moving and supplying the clinic onboard a working ship of 800 seafarers for several weeks a year during annual maritime training. Building a trusting relationship and offering the highest quality service is as important when building a home as it is serving patients.
Anne’s additional experience includes home renovations, farm operations, real estate investment, and trust stewardship. Anne’s role with Fredrickson Properties is logistics - coordinating the moving parts of each home build, and ensuring everything is ready for each phase. Her experience in the home building business has developed an ever-growing expertise in optimizing floor plans, design elements, and finish selections. Anne works closely with our general contractor and clients to ensure there is a shared vision that becomes a reality.
Daniel O'Connor, Partner
One of Fredrickson Properties' partners, Daniel was born and raised in England and moved to Kansas in 2022, but that doesn't mean he's not familiar with the area. Daniel has travelled frequently to Wamego and Manhattan with his wife, a Kansas native, and the two of them even got married here!
With almost 20 years in investment banking, Daniel is the numbers guy in the business. He has worked on the largest trading floor in Europe and then became the Treasurer for Europe's largest off-shore bank. He is used to working in dynamic businesses, but he also has experience looking after the finances of smaller enterprises - for two years, he served as the treasurer of an international charity in a non-paid role.
Daniel has a keen sense of design as this has been something of a passion over the past couple decades, having restored a Victorian home in England and also designed the interior of his current unique home in Wamego.
Kevin Tilley, Partner
Kevin, a partner of Fredrickson properties, is a lifelong Kansan born and raised in Manhattan.
Kevin spent many years in the security industry achieving success in the protection of people and property through regulation, processes, and technology. Through his experience in this industry, Kevin learned the value of connecting with people, building relationships, and meaningful communication.
Several years ago, Kevin and his wife had a good experience in the process of building their own custom home but wished for more. From this, Kevin is dedicated to bringing an energetic enthusiasm to the home building experience. His goal with each custom home build is to draw the client into the process through a manageable level of involvement determined by the client.
He is as eager to help you build your home as you will be on your move-in day.
Mic Perry, General Contractor
Now one of the area's most trusted General Contractors, Mic started working with his dad in the construction business when he was still in high school, remodeling homes and building new ones. During the 20 years he spent in business with his dad, he learned about everything from foundations to finishing.
After moving to Manhattan in the late 1980's, he started his own company that specialized in trim carpentry, Perry Corp. But after a successful decade focusing on this area of the trade, he decided to turn back to his true love... building custom houses from start to finish.
Mic's favorite aspect of managing new home construction projects is taking an empty lot and turning it into a beautiful custom designed home that people can enjoy for the rest of their lives. To do this, he's built relationships with the very best subcontractors in the area, so projects run smoothly and the quality is second to none.
In his spare time, Mic enjoys golfing and cheering for his grandkids at various athletic events.
