Our warranty

While every new residential home built in Kansas is required to be covered by a one-year builder’s warranty, Fredrickson Properties believes our clients should have peace of mind beyond that.

 

In addition to the required one-year warranty which covers all construction, we provide our clients with an extra year of coverage on all parts and labor for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. That means that if you discover a defect in the product or quality of work within those three areas during the second year, we will address the issue at no cost to you.
